We completed a full lower level remodel holding an office, bedroom, finished laundry room, and family room with a gas fireplace and large wall of custom cabinets. The bathroom was added as part of this project as well. A privacy wall was built to hide the toilet. This bathroom has white tile floors, shower tiles, and white cultured marble countertop on the oak vanity. The lower level ledge is capped in wood and all trim is painted white throughout the lower level, giving a clean and bright feeling.
Orfield was great to work with! Ron had great design ideas and listened to my needs. Laura coordinated all of the sub-contractors very well, answered questions and gave great suggestions. All of the sub-contractors were very polite, prompt and overall nice people. I was comfortable giving them access to my house. The built-ins are absolutely gorgeous and the craftsmanship is great. They addressed billing concerns and questions well and gave concessions when justified.
