Summary :

Just one year prior they had completely remodeled this very bathroom with another company, and after winning that mediation, we were called in to “fix” the many issues in the small space, some of them being a lack of proper shower drainage, cut trim, a recessed medicine cabinet that was proportionately too small and surface mounted, and the lack of building or mechanical permits and inspections by licensed trades!

Our clients’ faith in professional remodelers was restored as we listened to their concerns, and had work done by licensed trades with permits and mandatory inspections as per our standard business practice, met consistently, and communicated with them daily. We selected easy-to-maintain materials, coming up with creative solutions that increased function and improved aesthetics all the while staying on a very tight schedule.

The bathroom is beautiful and everything works well. All your workers were excellent, in my view… I am grateful that you are following through to completion. Most important, we are enjoying our new bathroom, and the water drains properly in the shower. Terrific!

Scope & Objectives :

In order to clear the window casing and enlarge the shower, we took an additional six inches of space from the adjacent bedroom wall. Unnecessary soffits were removed at the custom cherry vanity area where we centered the sink in the glossy Walnut Toffee colored cultured marble top allowing for better lighting, a side makeup mirror, and a larger matching storage cabinet over the toilet.

Additional floor tile was found to seamlessly blend the floor in front of the new tiled shower with an eye-catching Tuscan blue random pattern shower floor and wall border which can be appreciated through the frameless glass sliding shower door. Interior and exterior chrome towel bars are brilliant where wall space is severely limited in a small bathroom.
