We removed a small existing attached garage and designed and constructed a new 2 ½ car garage. We also added a 1st floor mudroom with Porcelain tile, creating storage and a smooth transition space between the garage entrance and the front door for both homeowners and their guests. A new wood handrail leads to the new 2nd floor master suite addition (currently used as a music room), consisting of a spacious bedroom with abundant natural light, hardwood flooring, a walk-in closet, and a full master bath. This created a needed separation between the master suite and the three other 2nd floor bedrooms and general bath. In conjunction with this addition project, we also replaced the remaining windows throughout the home with new Marvin Integrity® windows, and replaced the siding and roofing on the entire house with new Vytec Eminence® Vinyl siding and Owens Corning Duration® roof shingles.
