These clients had an idea of the size of the deck they desired, but needed help plans, logistics, and construction. There was an A/C unit in the middle of the house where they wanted the deck and this was replaced with a new A/C unit and relocated to the side of the house. A portion of the existing concrete stoop off the back door was removed. The new deck and step construction consists of Azek “Brownstone” decking with cedar pergola and rails. Black decorator balusters complete the railing system that leads safely down to the new paver patio.
