We updated every floor in this rambler with new trim, paint, doors, hardwood flooring and carpet. The areas that received the most attention were the master suite, kitchen, basement guest bath and basement family room.

In the basement family room, the old intrusive red brick fireplace was removed. New walls were framed to create a focal point in the room for both the flat screen TV and the new Parsons knotty alder surround in chocolate finish, Travertine surround and hearth, and Heat & Glo gas insert fireplace.
