Browndale Neighborhood

Orfield built a two-story addition for this family. The 8’ x 30’ additional space gives them a larger formal dining and living room area on the main floor and more functional space in their new walk-out basement.

The complete basement remodel and finish permits space for a great-room, bedroom, two large storage areas and a bar area. On the first floor the client desired a larger, more formal dining and living room. Oak hardwood floors were laid throughout and the tapered columns in the new openings provide a simple and elegant transition between areas.
