Summary :

We gave a face lift to an outdated split-level rambler for a young couple with a growing family on a tight timeline before they moved in. We remodeled all four bathrooms of the home, replaced flooring, made stair rail alterations, fireplace updates, and other surface modifications throughout all levels of the home.

Scope & Objectives :

The Master Bath has gone from common and ordinary to elegant and sophisticated. We gutted the existing master bedroom suite and converted an adjacent bedroom into the large walk-in master closet, installing all new recessed lights, electrical, and built-in closet systems. We designed and finished the new master bathroom with private toilet stall, custom mahogany cabinets, ceramic tile floor, wainscot, shower, and whirlpool tub. “Santa Barbara” white ceramic tile was installed as the flooring and wainscot. The rich mahogany custom cabinetry with matching chair rail and mirrors add depth and richness to the space. Brushed nickel hardware and granite countertops give this once dated bathroom an updated yet classic look.

In the Master Bedroom, not only were the wallpaper and chair rail removed but fresh new surface updates were made in the form of window treatments, crown molding, carpet and paint. This master bedroom is now timeless with warmth.

Challenges & Solutions :

The homeowners had just purchased this home, and tasked us to complete the project on a tight timeline.
