We designed and built a 24’ x 24’ master bedroom and bathroom suite addition. The existing garage roof was removed and a second story with a new bay window was added. The interior houses a large master bathroom, bedroom, walk in closet, and new stairs up to this private parental retreat.
His and her vanities and the whirlpool tub deck have Piel Serpentine marble countertops with American Standard plumbing fixtures. A large 2 person shower is reflected in the mirror and sits adjacent to the whirlpool tub. Custom oak extra large linen closets and vanities with cathedral arch doors make this bathroom a functional and peaceful retreat.
We also added a 1st floor eating area with easy access to their newly built 12’ x 20’ screen porch off the rear of the home.
