This stucco home more than doubled in size after Orfield designed and built a 2 story, 16’ x 40’ addition. This not only maintained the home’s charm and architectural integrity both inside and out but gave them two new bedrooms, a Jack and Jill bathroom, finished 1st floor laundry, and 2nd floor master suite. We also excavated a full basement underneath to allow for a large play area with the potential for two additional bedrooms or a large family room.
This 2nd floor sitting area in the master bedroom is the perfect place to relax! At the foot of the bed there is a gas-insert fireplace with stone surround and built-in bookshelves. This 640 sq. ft. area also has his/her walk-in closets, a home office and plenty of additional storage space.
