Concord Neighborhood

This home was given much needed room by building a seamless family room, mudroom, breakfast area, kitchen remodel and master suite addition over a full  basement. As part of this project the client requested some sort of definition to the existing ramblers non-descript entrance. As we could not get a variance from the city to do anything more than what is shown, a strong entrance was subtly created by respectfully maintaining this homes original low, horizontal roof lines on the new entrance overhang with tapered columns, wider stoop, stairs and cement walkway.
