Linden Hills

This 3rd Floor Attic was finished off into a large children’s playroom. A rear stair addition was added to provide comfortable access to the room. A front dormer addition and Velux skylights were added to allow additional natural lighting to the new rooms’ spacious feel. All new knee-walls were turned into additional storage space by building custom Butternut wood raised panel cabinets with roll-out drawers.

We designed the custom Butternut wood entertainment center at child height, so that they can watch movies and have a soft play ground on the Bluff Colombia carpet. The custom snack area features a microwave, under-counter refrigerator, Venetian Gold Granite countertops and Butternut wood cabinets with a matching flip-top window seat for additional storage.
