Answering the customers need for more space Orfield designed a new addition off the side of the home for a 2 car garage on the main level with a Master bedroom suite over the new garage. This suite has a large bedroom, walk-in closet with ironing center, laundry closet, and full bathroom.

This contemporary master bathroom has flush Maple cabinets and tub panels with Porcelain Diorite tile floor and Absolute Black Granite countertops and tub deck. This shower is masterfully tiled with Farnese Palladio Porcelain tile inlaid with Fascia Dark wall decos that match the Mosaic shower floor. All are tastefully completed with the framed chrome shower door to match the brushed nickel accents in the faucets.

As part of this large side addition, Orfield also added a rear 1st floor family room over a full basement addition, made alterations to the existing kitchen, and remodeled the 2nd floor general bath.
