We completed an interior kitchen remodel and 1st floor update inside this home, and the clients were so happy they asked us back to complete their exterior front entrance update for more curb appeal.
At the front entrance, we removed old railroad ties, a dilapidated wooden deck, and landscaping rocks. We widened the bottom of the concrete steps to create a graceful walkway and this also allows the owners more room in their narrow driveway to open their car doors and step out onto this concrete landing. New stucco on the sides of the steps complements the existing stone flanking the garage entrance.
The entire deck structure was replaced and topped with maintenance free Trex decking, and a sleek cable rail system was installed, with painted metal railing components to match the color of the clad windows and fascia.
